Introduction[]
Mathias, also know as =IG= Doctor Whooves on steam, is an Administrator on the IG PERP server. Joining the team on February 12, 2012, he is one of the newest additions to the PERP Admin team.
Mathias also founded the IG PERP wiki and has assumed the roles of Wiki Owner and Head Wiki Admin.

Mathias's IC name is Mathias Harkness. There are no known instances of Mathias using another RP name while playing on the IG PERP server.
Mathias is know to own several vehicles, claiming he wants to collect them all at some point. Mathias has been seen driving:

Prior to becoming an admin, Mathias would roleplay as a black market dealer, running a black market which initiated in selling illegal fire arms throughout EvoCity. At one point, Mathias started a Black Market organization. It is unknown whether the organization still exists today.
